So, does that just replace the standard prop rod???

No...I saw one the other day, it is just one strut located on the drivers side. It is alot like the redline tuning struts but just one instead of 2. It is also installed a little more towards the middle of the hood.

I didn't find these, one of the guys from the forum lived nearby and got them made up for us. He gets all the credit, but I can't remember his nick.

The SS/SC comes with one, I imagine that's just a colored replacement one.
