mike your on the LSJ PCM correct?

why even bother with VE, the car is totally maf dependent.

1995 TSi AWD - probably faster then your car.
2005 Cobalt SS/TC - definitively faster then your car.

Yes, I'm using the LSJ PCM. the reason I'm attempting to tune the VE table is

+1

Mike,

its been proven time and time again that this car cares not of VE.

you can max the tables, you can flat line them, ect ect, with no effects.

maf and maf alone needs to be your focus.

run a stage2 timeing map to be super safe and get maf dialed, THEN we play with fuel, THEN we play with spark.

getting VE on a turbo car is gonna be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard.

also, as for teh VE correlation for the p0068 code (limp mode) your going to have to turn off that DTC check any way because your MAP VS MAF correlation is gonna be so outta whack the car is gonna wanna hit limp mode every time you roll into boost.

2005 Cobalt SS/TC - definitively faster then your car.

And yet nobody believed me how long ago when I posted this.

Comparing VE airflow, dynamic airflow, MAF airflow > reading LS1 HPTuner help files.
