Redline Brakes = Cobalt Brakes?

I may be answering my own question here, but aren't the 05-07 Cobalt SS rotors and brakes the exact same as the IRL setup? Some sites list them as different.

As far as I know they are the same.

I have to ask......why? They most likely wont be cheaper.
