Lifting The Suspension

So other the then "no please dear god don't" I'm trying to figure out a way to lift my RL at least 2 inch(5 cm) preferably 3 inchs (7.5 cm) without using bags or hydraulics.

Any help is very much appreciated!

Step 1: Sell your Ion Redline
Step 2: Buy a Vue Redline

I would think it would be wobbly if it was raised higher.

I know how that felt on my old ion sedan -

like driving a boat

Would be fine on low profile tires. Itís just gonna have a lot of body roll.

Step 1: Jack car up on all 4 corners, let springs hang
Step 2: Weld bar stock on opposite sides of each spring
Step 3: Let car down off jack stands
Step 4: Enjoy your new sporty ride!

Disclaimer: Don't do any of the above or you *WILL* die a horrible fiery death, and I'm not cleaning it up.
