Hay everyone ... Anyone have any info on releasing the connectors. I had to change a speedometer light and attempted to disconnect the hazard wires/connector and the entire speedometer.
(Half my speedometer went out from 100-140 mph - this was disappoining to see the light "fail")
This seems to be somehting that you need to know about the type of connector and way to disconnect them.
I was able to change the bulb without disconnecting and it was not that hard to get around the back and the wires are long enough to do the job. I definetly could see that if one is not careful, there could be serious damage to some major functions so that is why I ask about these connectors because they did not seem to have a way to disconnect and I did not want to experiment.
