Ok so I installed a heavyduty organic friction plate my car makes around 300hp 250ftlbs of torque it was fine at first and all the sudden It’s been hard to shift and won’t go in reverse without grinding it’s a brand new clutch kit and there is no air in the system I’m wondering if is frayed therefore it won’t fully disengage causing the hard shifts and not wanting to go In reverse. If the car is off all the gears are way easier to switch. Could I just back the clutch plate off to release some pressure...? If someone has encountered this problem please share your experience!!!!

Leaking any fluid? Almost sounds like the slave is getting hung up or the trans is going out

Could be the gear box going and it does leak a bit of gear box oil out of the axle seal but I doesn’t leak any brake fluid.. I can see my Clutch plate move like it should once the clutch pedal is pushed down and I’m always topping up the gearbox

I'd drain the fluid and check for flakes
