I think I pointed that out a few months ago about the cobalt ss. They look just like Civics. Good review though. And technicaly the vue uses a honda motor if Im not mistaken.

They've been trading ideas for a while now. Look at the Honda Ridgeline, to me it's a redesigned Avalanche.

Sure does, though you have to search to actually find the word "Honda" on the engine itself.

we traded them, they needed a new diesel engine and GM decided it needed a v6 for some stupid reason

All V6 VUE's use the Honda engine, not just the Redline.

As of 2004MY yes, but prior to that it was the 3.0 L81 ala Rüsselsheim (basically identical to Catera and Saab 9.5)

all redlines and standard v6 vues have 3.5 honda motor, yes the v6 was a 3.0 before that but there was no reline before that.
