im sure it has been discussed before..but how much is this kit gonna cost. because i can't wait to purchase mine. all i can say is this sounds awsome. i need more power.
Drove the Psi-Fi Red Line
All I gotta say is WOW!!! That thing pulls!! Here were my thoughts...
Mike handed me the keys, so I took it for a spin. I didn't want to beat it too much, mainly cause it wasn't my car and I felt weird about it. But anyway, trying to keep the tires on the ground through 1st and 2nd is kind of hard with this much power. Definitely, the car needs better tires! I had a smile on my face the entire time I was driving the car. Even though their car is running a bit rich now, the power felt AWESOME!! A+++ Psi-Fi
When I got back, I mentioned to Mike I didn't get on it too hard, but he actually wanted me to beat it up! So, he decided to take me for a ride. Mike drove the crap out of that car! I'm amazed at how much abuse our car will take and not break. I can tell you, he did not let off the gas the entire time the wheels were spinning in 2nd. When the tires hooked up, the car just kept pulling and pulling. Well Done!
After Mike left the car meet, he ran a Mazdaspeed Protoge (Turbo). He called me up and said, "I've raced some cars before and won, but I TOTALLY DESTROYED this one!"
The car currently has their boost upgrade kit and the 3" full exhaust. Hang in there guys! I think they're getting a dyno tomorrow of the car if I'm not mistaken... This kit IS worth it!

Is this going to be a "do it yourself" kit or will be we making a trip to NJ ? Also, I know this has been talked about before but do we know what this kit will do to our warranty ?
No LSD.. going around corners was hard to keep traction but Mike didn't seem to care hahaha, he just kept on the throttle. Kit will cost ~ 750 - 800 range. Will be worth it!
Well Dyno or not Im still waiting. And did they have a gauge on it. I would like to know if its 18psi at 6500 rpms or is it like 18 at 4500 and hold from there?
I was trying to look... but it was too dark outside to tell. they didn't have a light hooked up to theirs.
Hell, I destroyed a Mazdaspeed Protege' with my RL completely stock. He must have down right obliterated it!!!!

the mazda speeds aren't that quick, my brothers got one when we went to the track a couple of weeks ago his best time was a 15.4 i took him by like 5 cars

Dudes, you have it all wrong. You don't sell organs on ebay. What are you? Stupid? Here's what you do. You take a frying pan and carve the image of the Virgin Mary or Jesus and you make a grilled cheese sandwich and then sell the sandwhich on ebay.
My job is to break shit, or see if it will break. I haven't had any luck on the RL yet, so i'm a little dissapointed. The car has even taken a beating with my flat shifting, and it hasn't showed any signs of wear yet.
