the price of the extended depends on how long and the deduct you chose they can run up to 1500 dollars or more, the rear
wing is going to be $500 or more and yes they can install it without damage, most of them can anyway i have seen some guys that cant change a fuse without breaking something...but thats what superglue is for!
The rear wing on my invoice is $380, dunno what the would charge to install it for ya, but if you get it from the dealership/factory it's a $380 option. Check the Saturn site, but I'm almost positive. The should have at least one with the wing already installed, the dealership that I went to had all their Redlines with the wing, and offered to switch to the regular one for no cost, salesman even told me they would credit the $380 for it if I wanted the regular one.

ya labor and all is what i meant, but if buying a new car the sales dept will probably pay to install it $380 is the correct price for the wing itself
Had a wing on mine had them take it off when I bought mine and they credit me the $380 others are talking about so probably about that is what it will cost you from the dealer and about the extended warranty there is a company named warranty direct you can search it at warrantydirect.com and they will sell you a 5year/100k mile powertrain warranty for $1150 with 0 deductible or $950 with $100 deductible and is problably a lot cheaper if you go for the one less than 100k miles, this is the quote they gave me on RL with 9500 miles and I am considering getting it. You can also search at saturn.com and choose build your car and after you build your car they will show you the diferent warranties and their cost.
The $380 is for the factory-installed spoiler. The dealer-installed version is listed in "Build Your ION" under "Accessories" and shows the price as $430. I assume the extra $50 is for the local labor to install. (Hope that's all it costs -- I want to go back and have one added.)

If you are going to spend your money on an extended warranty I would highly suggest a saturn service plan. they cover more repairs than any other, dont argue to use reman or aftermarket parts. And the power train warranty covers only internal engine and trans repairs provided you can prove proper maintanance with company reciepts and have no mods or signs of abuse, the ssp covers a/c, electrical, engine , trans, wheel bearings, basicly anything thats not trim, body, or maintanance.
cool man :) but i have to put a intake exhaust and headers in so that is out of the question! :p

its okay the ssp will still cover the stuff thats not modified

chris
IT was about 1500 for 5 yr 60000 miles $0 deductable
I got my wing changed after I bought it. The Aero-Wing wasn't available when I bought my Red Line in May 2004.

Since they are avalable now, just make sure to buy one with the aero-wing already installed and the price on Saturn.com is the price you'll pay to have it.

Buying it after-market will be more expensive.

Here's my story:
