I went to the auto parts store and they have these fuel cleaners
and injector cleaners

Is it good to put these in the tank.

I usually get the injector service at the dealer and not sure what they even do for the injectors but charge me lots of money .
wondering if a bottle of IC would be ok. I have never put anything in the gas tank for cleaning,.

I have p1182 code and cleaned the MAF and TB but code is still there.

Air filter is clean - checked

A little disappointed after spending the time cleaning the TB

Just run a quality gas and you'll never need injector cleaner.

If you must, go with Seafoam if running 93 or Lucas Ethanol additive if E85.

I cleaned my TB for the first time last week - I figured i would add the injector cleaner - not sure if I will. The TB was pretty dirty for having it cleaned last summer -2018.

It took some good effort to get it off (black marks)- I guess that is normal. The CEL light was on and off for a few weeks and I thought that this would clear that but it did not.

Got the codes ... the p1182 still -perhaps it was in the history
