2004 Saturn Ion Redline 136k miles. No upgrades. I've followed alot of threads on here about fuse #10 I've changed the charge air pump, re did the intake/MAF, re ran the O2 sensors and tested the evap solenoid. Fuse #10 still opens I took it to the dealer they said it was a bad underhood fuse box. I replaced the fuse box and fuse #10 stayed closed and everything worked awesome for 24 hours and then BOOM back to square one fuse #10 is open again and I am completely stumped and I dont want to spend another $150 in diagnostics. (I unplugged the charge air pump fuse #10 still opens)

I noticed that the fuse pops when the car cycles ACC 2 on the IGN switch

It's an '04.

Even money your intercooler pump wiring has reversed polarity.
I unplugged the intercooler pump and the fuse still opens does that matter with reversed polarity also I notice the liquid is flowing to the right inside the fill neck

It turned out to be the wire to my upstream o2 sensor had rubbed raw and grounded off my engine because the engineers thought it was a great idea to run a wire between a metal vaccum line and the engine. Re-routed and replaced everything works fine.
