That is up too you....but I would wait atleast until you have 500 miles on it.
not even going to get into this, but please wait until you've done your first oil change...

By that logic I still couldn't drive my car since I have 4.5k miles on it and the indicator hasn't come on yet. That's insanity. You want to punch it a little when it is new, just not all the time. Don't drive the same speed for a really long distance. Otherwise, I think you can have fun almost immediately.

dont wait for the to late dummy light do your oil change every 3000. just the suggestion of a saturn service employee who drives one. and its a good suggestion not to hit it hard alot for the first 1500 miles.
what will happen if i drove it fast when i first got it would it blow up on me i am not going to do it all the time but the last car i had was a saturn sc2 and they told me to run it hard evey now and then so should i do the same with this one

I would have changed the oil at 3K miles... if not sooner... for a brand new engine. Changed mine at 2700 and felt guilty waiting that long. All my previous vehicles had their first oil change at or before 1000 miles.

no it would not blow up, you just want to give youre piston rings and bearings to seat properly. dont run slow at one speed either a good mix or higher and lower rpms for a good break in.
