So,

With the help of a few friends today, I got my new gauge pod molded to the pillar with a heat gun, and got the boost gauge installed. Looks and works great so far! Except for the fact that we couldnt find a source to run the power so it can light up. Anyone have a wiring diagram for our cars? And I also wanna install an Air/Fuel gauge too since the pillar pod I installed is a dual!. Help me out fellas! I will post some pics tomorrow!

Those A/F (Stoichiometer) gauges are a joke and a waste of cash. They give you a pretty light show, but for real solid data, they aren't worth it. If you really want to do it right, spend the money on a real wideband O2 scanner. Just my $0.02.

Which pod did you get and mold? I'd love to see some pics, too.

Allright!.

The pod was a dual gauge pod by Autometer for a 1994-98 Ford Mustang.
And here is what everyone was waiting for! the pics! We used a heat gun to mold it to the pillar. and then used a rivet gun to fasten it on. Works pretty nice and looks pretty good too.. IMHO. Lemme know what you guys think

I also was looking into installing a boost gauge, i can heat and bend that POD. But I am not to thrilled about screwing it in. I will try and make one that can be held on with alternate means, let you know how it goes.
