Civics are pretty quick. And when they are stripped down they weigh nothing and with the built motor and nos, I bet that thing hauled.
Yeah he was quick, he was 3 way racing with a celica GT and a s14 240sx SE he was whompin the 2 other cars by 6+ car lengths. I was like HA! this civic is slow so I go between the celica and 240sx and catch the civic. He really was not slow, he was taking it easy on the celica and 240sx. When he showed me his true power, it was no fucking joke! NO JOKE I TELL YOU!myredline said:Civics are pretty quick. That's nothin'!BOOSTED said:Surprisingly those motors can actually take a lot of abuse. We got a guy putting down 274fwhp with a stock b16 with only 7psi of boost.
Show me a timeslip....there's no way it's running low 12's on stock motor. With just a turbo. Ill give you low to mid 13's but no 12's. What model hatch <> coupe? Motor??? Z6, B16, B18, H22????myredline said:I bought a 94 Civic for my ex and we put a turbo, headers, ect. and that thing was running low 12's with everything still in it.
Its possible, running off of an H22 or GSR B18 motor its possible. Thing is by everything he should include..cams, cam gears, lightweight flywheels, headers, and a big turbo thru all this. I've seen some other stock Honda motors run high 11's before, but after that...always a 347 Stroker or something like that. As for my cars motor (B16C) wouldnt be able to take that kind of power.korax123 said:Show me a timeslip....there's no way it's running low 12's on stock motor. With just a turbo.
