Hey i saw a quad coupe the other day with some black plastic louver type things on the rear side windows.

i was leaving a bar and saw it drive by so didnt get a good look but i think i liked it.

does any one have any clue what im talking about or if there are any pics of this product.

i search a bit on the web but most look like they belong on a semi truck or look like it belongs on a civic with a 4 foot wing and apc stickers.

im looking for that 80s mustang look on the sides i dont believe the guy went totally reo speedwagon on the rear window also

Depending on where you live, we have been having lots of trouble with those sticking onto the car for a long time. We find that the humidity down here causes the glue to fall off. Talk to your Saturn dealer, he can get those parts for you

I have them. Twenty bucks at the dealer, but he gave me mine for free

i went to the dealer and they had no clue, and sadi they only sell stuff that saturn tells them about and he spent about 20 min looking on his computer for the parts

I've seen them....they sit on the empty triangular section behind the window of each rear suicide door.....I was at my dealer and they were on an 05 Ion, not an RL though....they have about 3 or 4 slits and the ones I saw were black on a blue ion....I'll see if I can hunt down any pics.

thats what i saw and what i am really interested in seing pics of, that would be great if you could snap some pics and get a part#/$cost

If someone would have needed them Louvres back in september 04 I would have gladly gave em out they were originally on my RL but since my RL does not have any kind of spoiler at all (talk about a sleeper) I think is the only RL with no spoiler at all. Anyway, the louvres did look good with the big wing my RL came with but since I had them removed the big wing I didn't think the louvres look good anymore and my Saturn dealer did not give a refund for the louvres like they did with the big wing and they said they could not glue em to another car and the kept it and I lost $80. would have rather gave em away.

Does Saturn have an online catalog of that kinda stuff? I know that you can get some little things like that from them, I'm just not sure how to find out without going to the dealership and asking about each individual thing. Or looking at what few items they have on display or advertised...

No one has answered my question on this, and the guys who have them or have seen them at a dealer have not posted pics.

My dealer was very confused and said no such thing exists.

I think they're on the Saturn website, when you build your car, it's a dealer installed option, check there...
