Thought I read somewhere that the LS1M worked with the RL too?? I have a Cobalt SS on order - I'm assuming that if it worked with the RL, it'll work with the Cobalt.

Does anyone have one? Used it at all?

I tried hooking up my LS1 scanner to Katie's LSJ...didn't seem to read anything. However, I know any OBD2 scanner can read the basics.
I read another post somewhere that said that the LS1M seemed to work with the RL. It's plausible, because I think the RL is still J1850. Not sure whether the Cobalt is J1850 too or if it's moved to CAN yet. It would really surprise me if the high-speed side is still J1850, and if it's CAN, it's for sure a no-go.

I have the LS1M. It does work for most parameters. The 0-60 function works(I got a best of 5.98 sec. :D ) Didn't read the knock sensor, injector puse width, and the throttle percentage was off. Does log o2 readings, LTFT, BOOST, spark advance, rpm, mph, etc.
Look for my post in
ion general discussion-"Did some datalogging last night)
I've had it for two yrs for my Camaro and love it! it also reads, and clears SES lights! :)
