Which Magnaflow did you get? I got an Oval 14" and also got 2.5" pipe all the way. Mine is pretty loud. You can hear me coming before you see me.

I have the same muffler. You can hear me coming too, I just mean its not nearly as loud as some of the 4 banger exhaust I've heard. Were you happy with the performance increase or could you tell?

I was happy with it but what really set it off was when I put the K&N filter in there as well. It got quite a bit peppier with both of those mods. I figure once I get my SCdyne header and (hopefully) an intake in the near future the gains will be even more noticeable.
