mesh grill issue

Hey, I know some of you put a mesh grill on your car and the one from customcargrills looks really good. However, I would like the entire grill to match (the 4 little pieces as well). Does anyone know if those little pieces come out and if so, how easily? Also, does anyone know where to get the little side pieces??

I didn't do the very small outer ones but i did do the small ones next to the large opening. You can get the mesh like i have from Autozone, or you can buy an entire sheet of it for VERY CHEAP at Home Depot. I think it was $40 at Autozone for a strip and something like $20 for a 6'x6' piece at Home Depot. Here is a link to the pics. Mesh Grill Pictures
Also, it is just 4 bolts and a few clips that mount the entire front end plastic together. You can take the entire thing out and figure out what you would like to do from there.
thanks for the info....are the side pieces just as easy to remove as the large front piece? If not, how do you suggest removing them and replacing it with mesh?
The area behind the small side vents is not open, it's solid, same color as the car. So, if you take them out and use mesh, you need to either cut the holes out, or paint them black or something. You might like the color showing through though, would make them look really fake to me though...
are you referring to the really really small side vents or just the small ones next to the large whole in the front. Im talking about the immediate two next to the large one.
I was talking about the really small ones, the larger ones on either side of the main vent on the front bottom, are part of the whole black plastic trim that runs around the front of the openings... so you have to remove the whole piece, and then cut the black 'chunks' out of the whole section...
ahh ok cool, thanks for your help
Don't buy the mesh from pepboys, auto zone, ect.. I bought mine at home depot for $1.20 for a 6inx24in sheet. It is just mesh to cover your gutters!

I used a dremel tool and a 12pack of my favorite beer. Oh and a can of Flat Black spray paint.
I just took some touch up paint and painted the cross sections on the plastic pieces. If you get right up on it you can tell, but from a distance it all loooks the same. Unfortunatly, I did not get to use the handy 12 pack of beer tool while doing my fix, but you could add that if you wanted to.
