In all seriousness:

Header
Downpipe
2.8 pulley
Option B
Good tune
E85
GMPP clutch

Will get you in the 270-280 range

As far as non-engine mods:
YYZ/FE5 swap
Powell Hardcore Bar

ETA:
If you plan on racing the car, or beating on it at low speeds, a set of rotated transmission mounts will help ward off wheel-hop

Start with
Uncork the exhaust ( header, downpipe ) and get Option B installed.

E85 would be beneficial, but you'd need 80# injectors and a tune. Those 60's have got to be pretty close to 90% IDC in cold weather in that 2.7.

Pulley up to a 2.9 if you're gonna stay pump gas. Otherwise I'd work towards running E85. It's a cooling mod unto itself.

That's what I am was anything to do either that or twin charge it. Any specific turbo set up you would recommend

Don't twin-charge it. Too many issues with it for no benefits.

ZZP's swap ( what I have ) works great, but with a little work you could build your own swap for less money.

S252ET, S256ET ( what I have ), S257SXE, and S259ET are commonly used turbos on the LSJ.

For a mostly street driven car, the S252ET would be fine. My S256ET is almost too much for a street car, and I'm still not running as much boost as I could.

A lot comes down to how much you want to spend and how stressed the engine is already. If it’s running a 2.7 on 60s with no cooling it has been stressed some.

Turbo is most expensive but most gain 300hp and up.
Tvs1320 is easy swap with a few parts 300-350hp safe.
M62 with needed cooling close to 300 safe.

Do yourself a favor and pick a target and save for it. Don’t do what I did and go small then spend more and more creeping up buying shit stage at a time.

Thank you for the advice I took that 2.7 of and put a 2.9 on it. I'm ultimately going to twin charge it but like you said pick a goal and save, I'm staying with a heat exchanger

I'll warn against the twin-charging path again. Our P12 PCM is only half-unlocked. Twin-charging needs even more spot-on tuning than either a TVS or a turbo. You'd also be decreasing room in the engine bay as well as heating up the engine bay.

Go TVS if you want to stay supercharged.

Go with a S252ET turbo for no lag or S256ET for tolerable lag.

There's a reason why nobody offers a twin-charge kit anymore. It's just not necessary with the TVS and modern turbos available.

Agree twin charge is a waste. The whole point is to fill in power till the turbo boosts. Well when you can’t keep the tires on the ground with just a turbo or tvs what’s the point of doing both.
