I downloaded every bit of music onto my computer in MP3 format. Using windows media player, I've tried everything to burn a disc but I keep getting disc read error in my car. Am I doing something wrong? I know all the songs are on the disc but I haven't tried the disc in any other MP3 players. Can somebody help me please.

If you wanna keep the files in MP3 format then you need to save them onto discs as 'data' and not 'burn' them.

I get disc read errors too sometimes but I can then insert the disc back in the player and it will read it fine after that.

if you have windows xp, right click on the files you want, send them to your burner drive, then when you have enough, go to the drive in windows explorer and do File; Write these files to disc, and do data disc
