Was at the car show at Lancaster Speedway today and decided to run my car. My first time actually racing but it was fun. The track is only 1/8 by the way. My best time was a [email protected], 1.2078 reaction and 2.331 60ft. worst was a 10.234[email protected], .9299 reaction and 2.559 60ft. it was about 91 degrees and pretty humid, i would say about 80% but i dont know for sure. so i guess it was good for my first time.

Get a little practice and go in the fall and u will get better times. My best eighth mile was a 9.5 last sept and i think the best i could get was a 9.7 last week. The heat and humidity kills the cars.

Yeah i knew the heat would kill the car, i just wanted to get out there and run. it didnt help that they were using a pro tree too.
