Went to the North American International Auto Show. Only saw one Red Redline at the saturn area. It had the competition package.

Asked the saturn guys there about the possibility of upgrading the LSD into us early adopters, they are so stupid clueless it's like talking to a dog.

"Why would you want an LSD, it won't help anything...." - of course first he said how he was asked that quite a bit.

When you comment "Dodge must have thought it was beneficial, as they put an LSD in the SRT-4 after the first year" he says "What's an SRT-4?" - Instead of arguing just ask "Is there someone here who knows something, and keeps up with the times and competition?"

Too funny, of course he knew what it was, just playing stupid. Regarding the LSD he said "Don't know"

I went to a Chevy dealer & asked about the LSD on the Colbalt SS & he said the same thing, "Why would you want it?" Then he went to his computer and looked it up, & told me it does'nt come w/LSD. I had to show him the specs on it. And he said, (now get this) "If it's not on his computer, he does'nt know anything about it.What a shmoe!

That first 6 words explains allot.....

When I went to the dealer for parts for my Typhoon I had to go there and read them the part numbers to get parts. After a while they quit trying to ask what I was doing and just ordered the parts for me.

I was at the dealer where I bought my car the other day and not one of them (even the all knowing sales manager) had a clue what the Competition Model is. Amazing....

thank god the sales manager at my dealer is a fellow autocrosser and the parts guy is cool as hell

I order wierd parts not for my gen car and he goes, ah so what is better about that for yours then? the other one asked me, how many freakin s-cars do you own??
