My car hydro locked, I think I got water inside my cylinders and they already are rusting, what do y’all recommend for me to do?

I am planning on doing a full engine rebuild. I might just sell it tho honestly.

Not sure what motors cost at your junk yards. But could probably find one from a saab 9-3 to drop in. Unfortunately these cars have little value in good running condition. Selling as is youd see less than 1k. But not much of a headache then
