Whats up. I got a 04 RL and am looking into hooking up a piggy back ECU. My only mod as of yet is a custom bent exhuast, 2.5" from the cat to the axle and 2.75" from the axle to a Magnaflow race series muffler. I found a shop that can set me up with a Greddy E-Manage unit, and will re-tune it. Has any one out there messed with there CPU yet? Any problems? Any one used headers yet? What kind of gains do yall get? Thanks

I am in contact with a company that says they have a header for the RL. I asked him how produced it but he hasnt got back with me yet. Also, the greddy e-manage unit can be hooked up to the RL, with the right know how. I know the RL is not on the list of applications from greddy but it doesnt mean you cant hook one up. As far as I understand it, Because the program used to tune the e-manage unit is a generic one, as long as the plugs fit (which I "think" they do) you can use the e-manage unit on alot more cars then you would think. Im still in the process of looking into all this stuff and I will keep you all posted. If the header really fits I will be puting it on by monday. I will let y'all know how it goes.

gm3 - since you're new here, you'll find out that SCDyne just finished initial production of a stainless header, looks great, several owners here are getting them this week.

There was actually in install on one of the Saturn-related websites. Not sure which one. It seemed as though it should work on any car with the right OBD set up, actually it was for the ApexI controller.

a piggy back will work, but PSI-FI found that the stock A/F ratio is good to go with little to no room for improvement, once intakes/headers/exhausts are on the story changes though, still hoping to hear from them on any progress they've had, i'm waiting for them to find the first parts to fail, if they get any to fail at all
