Northern California Redline?

On the Ion Redline Registry map there is a RL that looks to be in the San Jose area? Who is that? I was thinking I cant be the only RL in the bay area and i'm right i'm not the only one. SO WHO IS THE OTHER REDLINE DAMNIT!?
