I have tried 2 differnt ones and still no luck. I got rid of the cat and now I keep getting the Check light. Its not affecting the car but someone knows the correct sensor eliminator.

Which sim are you using?
I have yet to see one that works with all applications
While most do a good job synthesising the O2 signal, many of them still set the DTCs for the heater circuit (Do you know which DTC you have??
What resistance does it have between pins C and D of the sim?
The resistance of this heater simulator needs to be around 20-25 ohm on the RL

0141 is the code it threw. I called jegs and they are sending me a sunfire/cavi sim.

P0141 is for the heater circuit for HO2S-2 (the one AFTER the cat)
What's weird is that you're not setting a P0030 as well for HO2S-1 (pre-cat)

Again I recommend you check/confirm the resistance of the heater portion of the sim (it's a 4 terminal sim I presume??)
The Fail Criteria for this DTC ar as follows:

Heater Current Test
The PCM detects that the HO2S 2 Heater Current parameter is more than 1.5 amps or less than 0.199 amps.
DTC P0141 sets within 115 seconds during the heater current test when the above condition is met.

Heater Resistance Test
The PCM detects that the HO2S 2 heater calculated resistance is not within an expected range at engine start-up.
DTC P0141 sets within 5 seconds during the heater resistance test when the above condition is met.

so how does one go about fixing that?

Does the SIM your using have 4 terminals on the connector?
If so measure the resistance across terminals C and D of the SIM itself!
(The ones that connect to the PINK/BLK and BLACK/WHT wires on the harness)
Get back to me with the resistance!
