Maybe someone can pin point it for me. It started making this odd noise after I did something to the motor. i dont get it at all. Its kinda hard to expalin so I made a short vid for all to share.

Hmm that could be it a bypass valve perhaps. Cant put my finger on it. And the car is a Integra next to me. I cant belive you cant hear his car at all we are both downshifting and flooring it at the same time. Odd really.

I dont know what you did, but if you havent noticed any power loss let me know how you made are cars sound like it had a blow off valve on it. It sounds awesome!!!

I thought that was a blow off valve from the integra from it being possibly turboed, but I guess it is coming from your RL. Don't worry guys, he can't hold out forever on what he did to make it PSSHH like that.

Its not fair to be the only Redline with a blowoff sound coming from your engine. Did you have to spend alot of money to get your Redline to sound like that. Please let us know how you did it , im dying to know!!!

I don't know... I guess to each his own tastes... but that BOV sounds all the world like a car fart to me.. I'd rather stay "sleeper mode."

Plus, didn't we have another thread here discussing BOVs on superchargers, as opposed to turbochargers, and the concensus was BOVs didn't belong on a S/C?

No the discussion was whether you could put a BOV on a supercharger. The answer was no, unless you like decreasing your boost before it's fed into your engine. It wasn't whether they belong on superchargers or not, its that they don't make sense on them.

How does the bypass valve vent, into the intake or what. If it uses a line of some sort to vent back internally, then you could possibly vent it externally . . .
If this is the case, I am going to vent it through a kazoo. Man that would be mean
