i know alot of you have been to the dealer and got them to put the latest updates in your cars,but has anyone had to do it in a 05 rl. if my memory serves me correct all the probs are with the 04's.i'm taking my car to the dealer in a weak to get the seatbelt replaced and was wondering about the pcm.

I had the ECU re-programmed a week after I got my '05.

you have an '05 and need a seatbelt replaced? yikes... :confused:

Just curious, what's wrong with your seatbelt?

when you pull the seatbelt all the way out on the passenger side it has a ratcheting effect(for car seats,to hold them in tight),however mine does it with the seatbelt not even 1/2 way out and it locks on you.the only way to make stop is to take the belt off and let it retract all the way back up and then start over. nothing big just a pain in the ass.seatbelt is still 100% operational

This is the way the car should've come in the first place. Granted even w/out the recalibration it was still a solid car, but now its a greater value. I notice the rush at 4000 RPM isn't as pronounced but it feels much more refined and I don't feel as stooooopid (well that can be argued I guess) when I'm taking off from a stop.
