There are some problems with the stock GM radios for some reason. Take it in to your dealer and they should fix/replace it. if you want to try something yourself, there is a fuse in the back of the radio. Pull it our for a little bit (10-15 min should be good) and replace it. Some people that have had problems have reset the radio this way and sometimes it works, sometimes not.
