They have been discontinued for a long time. Best bet would be finding a part out or watching eBay. Took me 7 years to find one
Damn, expected that might be the case, I would buy a different spoiler available but none ship to Toronto right now. I'll keep my eye out. ThanksThey have been discontinued for a long time. Best bet would be finding a part out or watching eBay. Took me 7 years to find one
Could it be a Cobalt SS aero wing, I would think you’d see where a repair was made. I know the SS ones are different.Something about the wing on my redline always felt off since I bought it early this year, finally pulled out the measuring tape the other day and realized that the previous owner bought or I guess modified the wing after breaking it to be shorter in width, so it bolts down near the centre of the trunk rather than the edge (check out the picture). Now that I've noticed it I can't unsee it and need to replace it asap for my own sanity. Does anyone know where I can even find one anymore? or any advice whatsoever. View attachment 35386
Yeah I actually realized shortly after posting it probably was a SS wing, its angle is different and the shorter width for them made me realize.Could it be a Cobalt SS aero wing, I would think you’d see where a repair was made. I know the SS ones are different.
I couldn’t remember either, just knew they were different.I thought the cobalt ones were wider? Or could be vice versa. Its been a while. But good point
I had a cobalt wing once upon a time i wanted to use, but just dont remember liking how it lined upI couldn’t remember either, just knew they were different.
Thanks, but managed to source one from OblivionSundae, saving a few bucks on import fees into Canada this way.Looks like you need a black wing? If so I will have one available here shortly as I am replacing my factory wing with a flat one.
Yeah definitely thought about that, searched around for a duckbill style wing and realized I'd probably have to fab up something myself if I wanted it.You can always have one customized since they are already discontinued.
Keep us updated in case you have decided to have it fabricated.Yeah definitely thought about that, searched around for a duckbill style wing and realized I'd probably have to fab up something myself if I wanted it.
I'm actually looking for a wing myself, I know I'm late to the redline craze but I'm trying. Is it similar to the one thats in the photo?Looks like you need a black wing? If so I will have one available here shortly as I am replacing my factory wing with a flat one.
Yeah, similar but it's wider and fits the body lines of the car better. (the sides of the wings are more curved than the cobalt ss wing in the picture)I'm actually looking for a wing myself, I know I'm late to the redline craze but I'm trying. Is it similar to the one thats in the photo?
Forget to quote yours back so you would get it, but you were talking about how you got a customized one, where did you get it? I'm interested in getting one myselfYeah, similar but it's wider and fits the body lines of the car better. (the sides of the wings are more curved than the cobalt ss wing in the picture)
Oh no, I don't have a customized one at all, I have a SS wing on the car right now, and I was looking into either fabricating a duckbill styled one myself, or buying a Redline Highrise wing. Managed to buy a redline wing so the duckbill fab will have to wait for warmer days.Forget to quote yours back so you would get it, but you were talking about how you got a customized one, where did you get it? Ah, okay, I thought I saw someone was getting a customized one. Yeah, I have the duckbill on mine that I just bought but I really like the look of the high rise so thats what I'm trying to look for. I got lucky and just found one.Oh no, I don't have a customized one at all, I have a SS wing on the car right now, and I was looking into either fabricating a duckbill styled one myself, or buying a Redline Highrise wing.
