SCdyne header update -Final group-

This will probably be the last update on the group header deal for a while. We started shipping them this week and everyone who was involved in the initial order should have one by the middle of next week. If you have any questions email or call me with email usually being quicker for reply.
Intakes are as stated in another thread waiting for the filters and will be ready to ship by the time everyone has the header. I want to hold off and make sure each person is happy with the header before sending out the intakes. (Give it some time to get the filters I want to include and not generic ones

Here are some images of one of the headers: It's of a 90% complete header; the 02 sensor needs to be welded on and it has to be detailed for looks.

Yes they are 1.75" Primaries
Yes they are as equal length as possible
Yes the collector is a true merge
Yes the EGR porting is kept functioning
Yes they do make power
AND YES they bolt right up

i'm liking it, with a big exhaust it'll take care of all the top end we need, and with a proper cold air intake (according to fluid dynamics) we'll prevent losing any on the bottom end. can't wait to see what all our dyno sheets will show once people get these on in combination with a CAI or just the intake mods!

I'm going with a 1/4" intake that's about 32 feet long. Coils around my whole car 3 times before slamming air into the supercharger at 3 times the speed of sound.

or you could do a header style intake with 4 pipes going into the collector and have the pipes twist around each other like a braid until getting to the filter where they become one again...

that actually doesn't sound like a bad idea, expensive, but not bad considering the schooling on fluid dynamics i've gotten here...

care to elaborate?

I'm just gonna build a long intake tube with 10-15 of those Tornado things in line with each other, that should be good for at least an extra 200 hp.

Man, the wait for this thing is already killing me!!!!

Saw a UPS truck in my neighborhood on the way home and wanted to shake down the driver like, "WHERE'S MY HEADER MOTHER FUCKER?>???? WHERE IS MY HEADER!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?"
