Is there anyone that knows the actual weight of the stock rim?

I take the lack of replies as a no.
find out the weight of the tire on your wheel, take the wheel off and weigh it. then use the difference as the wheel weight.
I know how, I would have thought it would be in some specs somewhere.
at www.wheelspecs.com, you can find the weight for just about any aftermarket wheel, but not OEM....comparing a cast aluminum painted or polished 17" wheel would get you close - they're fairly lightweight, I've had them on and off several times.
They're cast, not forged?
I'm sure they're cast, just looking at the roughness on the back side - if they were forged, also, they'd weigh 11-12 lbs, and I think they're closer to 18-20.
Sorry Jim, but the wheels are FORGED, per Saturn. ;)
Cool, learn something new every day! So it's an 11-14 lb wheel, and there's not much, short of a Volk or SSR that'll be lighter....

For example...using a Talon for more wheel choices:

O.Z. Superleggera

17x7 $280 each

** Lightweight: 15.9lbs. **

Shuk WR1

17x7.5 $229 each

** Lightweight: 18.5lbs. **

SSR Competition

** Lightweight: 13.6lbs. **

SSR GT1

Soooo has anyone put a Naked stock rim on a scale yet???
IIRC it's like 21 lbs or so.
