I changed the rear driver side trans mount and now my car manual 04 redline is stuck in first while the shifter is in neutral.

Sounds like the trans might have shifted a bit or something happened to the shift linkage during install. I would loosen the mount up from the trans to see if it shift around a bit to fix the issue. Otherwise you might be able to adjust the linkages.
