Vouchers are all but gone, they are being phased out by saturn. They are sort of like rebates they can use to make a deal with you. Best thing to do would be to call and ask.

I've heard a ot of people mentioning dealer vouchers... What's the deal with those? Should I just tell my dealer "If you can get me 2000 in vouchers, you have a deal?"

The salesman told me last fall that the flex vouchers were issued to the dealers in limited numbers to use at their discretion. He claimed they only got a limited number like 20 or so. I think they were in $250 each. They weren't intended to be a general discount program.
