Plus it would be kind of a waste if you put a pulley on, and didnt setup the intake/exhaust up for it. You cant ask the engine to push more air thru it if your breathing system cant handle it.

if you are planning on just upgrading the supercharger and sticking with it. go for the intake/header/exhaust setup before doing anything. you will need all of this stuff when it comes time for psi-fi pulley upgrade. you CAN NOT just do a pulley upgrade on your redline without doing other things and the ecu. if you are going to go nuts and wait for either a full turbo conversion or a twincharger setup then maybe hold off on doing to much at all because everyhting except the intake you will do now will be discarded later leaving you with spare parts and nothing to do except trying to sell them.
decide for yourself, basic hp upgrades or insane upgrades?? how much are you planning on investing?? the pulley kit seems to be around 800$ or so plus exhaust , intake and header.
maybe suspension?? springs, clutch etc... also very important mods needed later on.
now you have knowledge as they say knowing is half the battle

yes the boost is controlled but you can make max boost at a lower rpm. more boost down low means more torque and power down low.

What's the point a putting a pulley on a Red Line? Isn't the boost controlled by the PCM?
Yea, but if Psi-Fi is getting 18psi, there must be a way around that too... I know there is, we're just not being told...

I know and its driving me nuts trying to figure out how they are doing it. Possibly a map voltage clamp? Hopefully it comes out soon, my money is burning a hole in my pocket.
